Established in 2000, Royal Monarch Laundry has become the ultimate choice for the customers. The reason for this is our service and our commitment to exceed the expectations of our customers.
The idea for the laundry came into existence when we felt that laundry was considered inferior compared to other businesses. This made us work hard to create a unique identity of for all laundries. However , in order to do that we had to create an image about our laundry.
We started to have group meeting with the general public to know what perception they have about laundries in general. We asked this group to list it down things that first comes to their mind when they think about laundries. After that, we filtered their responses to distinguish the positive side ( which doesn’t require change) and the negative side ( which needed to be worked on).
Today, we are glad to inform you that Royal Monarch Laundry stands up to its name. All of our customers get a royal treatment and we give them the power to rule like one in a monarchy. We are transparent with our customers and encourage them to be transparent with us too. Feedback for each customer is taken seriously so that we provide them with an error-free service.
